FIFA new rules.

According to reports from El Mundo, FIFA is set to implement several new rules aimed at reducing delays and time-wasting during World Cup matches. 🔹 Substituted players will have only 10 seconds to leave the field. If they take longer, the incoming player will not be allowed to enter until the next stoppage in play, at least 1 minute later. 🔹 If a goalkeeper takes more than 5 seconds to restart play from a goal kick, the opposing team will be awarded a corner kick. 🔹 If a player takes more than 5 seconds to take a throw-in, possession will be given to the opposing team. 🔹 Players who receive medical treatment and cause a stoppage in play will be required to remain off the field for 1 minute before returning. ⏱️ FIFA's goal is to increase effective playing time and reduce unnecessary delays during matches.
