
OFFICIAL: FK Partizani Completes Technical Staff for the 2026–2027 Season
Romanian Experience Strengthens Partizani
TIRANA – FK Partizani has officially unveiled its complete technical staff for the 2026–2027 season, adding three new Romanian professionals to head coach Florin Bratu's coaching team.
The Red Bulls have appointed Mircea Ovidiu Dănănae as Assistant Coach, Florin Iană as Assistant Coach and Video Analyst, while Andrei Mihnea Neagu joins the club as Athletic Trainer. The trio will work alongside the existing staff, completing the technical structure that will guide Partizani throughout the new campaign.

The most recognizable addition is Mircea Ovidiu Dănănae, the former Romania international defender who enjoyed a 17-year professional playing career. He made more than 160 appearances for Universitatea Craiova and also represented Steaua Bucharest and Apollon Limassol. Between 2009 and 2010, he earned four caps for the Romania national team.
Following his retirement, Dănănae moved into coaching and has worked with FC U Craiova, Gloria Buzău, Viitorul Târgu Jiu, and Metaloglobus București, where he worked closely with Florin Bratu. Holding a UEFA A Coaching Licence, he is highly regarded for his tactical expertise, set-piece organization, opponent analysis, and player development.
Modern Analysis and Sports Science
At just 32 years old, Florin Iană has established himself as one of Romania's emerging football video analysts. Having worked with FCU 1948 Craiova, he specializes in tactical analysis, opposition scouting, match preparation, and performance evaluation, providing crucial support to the coaching staff.
Meanwhile, Andrei Mihnea Neagu brings expertise in sports science and physical conditioning. His work focuses on maximizing athletic performance, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and ensuring players maintain peak physical condition throughout the season.
Continuity with Albanian Experience
Three respected Albanian figures remain part of the coaching staff.
Realf Zhivanaj, a former professional footballer and UEFA B licensed coach, continues as Second Assistant Coach after his work with both FK Partizani and Partizani B.
Club legend Alban Hoxha, who recently announced his retirement from professional football, begins a new chapter as Goalkeeping Coach. The former captain and Albanian Superliga clean-sheet record holder will now pass on his vast experience to the club's next generation of goalkeepers.
Completing the fitness department is Oriand Abazaj, a former Albanian international youth player and experienced performance coach specializing in modern training methodologies, GPS performance monitoring, and injury prevention.
