REY MANAJ CAN’T STOP SCORING: SIX GOALS IN SIX MATCHES!
The Albanian striker has made an outstanding start with SivBotsSpor, recording six goals and one assist in the opening six rounds of the Turkish championship.
Rey Manaj has become Sivasspor’s leading figure at the start of the 2026–27 season. The Albanian international has scored six goals and provided one assist in his first six appearances in the TFF 1. Lig.
In the latest match against Antalyaspor on September 6, Manaj was decisive once again. He provided the assist for Sivasspor’s opening goal before finding the back of the net himself, directly contributing to the team’s 2–1 victory.
It was Sivasspor’s first league win of the season, while the Albanian striker delivered another confirmation of his remarkable form.
Six goals in four matches
Manaj did not score in the opening two rounds against Esenler Erokspor and Kayserispor, but he then began an impressive scoring run:
Two goals against Manisa FK in a 2–2 draw. One goal against Batman Petrolspor in a 2–1 defeat. Two goals against Mardin 1969 Spor in a 2–2 draw. One goal and one assist against Antalyaspor in a 2–1 victory.
In total, the 29-year-old has registered six goals, one assist and 540 minutes of playing time. He has received only one yellow card and has not been shown a red card.
Sivasspor’s attacking leader
The numbers clearly demonstrate Manaj’s importance to Sivasspor. The Albanian striker has scored six of his team’s nine goals across their last five matches, carrying much of the attacking responsibility.
With an average of one goal per match and seven direct goal contributions, Manaj is also sending a powerful message ahead of Albania’s upcoming international matches.
If he maintains this form, the Albanian striker could emerge as one of the leading contenders for the TFF 1. Lig top-scorer award in the 2026–27 season.
