VICTORY! ALBANIA QUALIFIES FOR THE CEV EUROPEAN LEAGUE 2026 GROUP STAGE

Odense, Denmark – Albania's Women's National Volleyball Team has achieved one of its most significant successes in recent years, defeating Lithuania 3-2 in a thrilling encounter and securing qualification for the Group Stage of the CEV European League 2026.

In a match filled with excitement, intensity, and drama until the very last point, the Albanian players displayed remarkable character, determination, and fighting spirit. The Red-and-Black squad overcame difficult moments throughout the contest and emerged victorious in a battle that kept fans on the edge of their seats from start to finish.

Led by their coaching staff, Albania delivered a high-level performance, demonstrating the steady progress of women's volleyball in the country. The victory against a strong Lithuanian side sealed the team's primary objective in the preliminary phase and opened the door to an even greater challenge ahead.

With this success, Albania finishes the Preliminary Phase in second place with six points, while Lithuania claimed the top spot in the group. Most importantly, however, Albania achieved its main goal: qualification among the elite teams advancing to the next stage of the competition.

The result represents a proud moment for Albanian sport and stands as a testament to the hard work and dedication of the players, coaches, and everyone involved in the development of volleyball in Albania.
